Doesnt work

It doesnt even open, gives you a gray screen with the circle in the middle turning for eternity!
In the past when it used to open it was getting stuck in a refreshing loop!
Funny thing is this app is sitting here since ios 6 with not even a single positive rating and no one in the company cares to order a fix!
